Our Work
We know that communities face diverse health inequities. Communities oftentimes have solutions to address health inequities in their communities, but need support to actualize those solutions. At CFBH, we believe that communities deserve the dignity to co-create health equity programming along with CFBH team members with deep experience and expertise in community health. We work alongside community residents and leaders to develop connections, systems, and infrastructure to sustainably advance community health equity.
Cultivating Local Food Systems
